曹玉鹏，教授，鸢都学者青年专家，主要从事（环境）岩土工程领域研究，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金、山东省自然科学基金创新发展联合基金和面上项目等，发表论文50余篇，其中SCI、EI收录40余篇，以第一发明人授权发明专利12项、软件著作权4项，获淮海科学技术奖、青岛市科技进步奖、山东省交通运输科技奖等一等奖，担任Biogeotechnics期刊青年编委、中国岩石力学与工程学会环境岩土工程分会理事、中国地球物理学会韧性减灾与应急专业委员会委员。
研究方向：淤泥工程特性及加固；软土地基处理；固体废弃物再生利用；淤泥基土壤改良与精准农业应用；盐碱地改良与微生物联合修复
